Second hand goods being passed of as new.
Management attitude to customers is appalling.
General Comments
In my opinion G-Force have lied and made up excuses to sell products at well above their sell price due to high demand. In this case the "last" PSP in the shop/city. The goods were also "used" whether a faulty return (dead pixels?) or shop demo, they claimed they would only sell it with 3 full price games, blatant misuses of their ability to advertise and sell goods under the Trade Descriptions Act. They claimed they bought it from Sony's distributor with the three games. I have been into their store several times in the past few years and to date have never given them any of my money as I always had issues with the service and goods being sold. I would happily buy from any other high street store, without asking any questions of the type I feel I need to ask these people. I have never felt so unconfident about giving anyone my money in the past.

As to those who moan about the service and the managements treatment of customers, it's probably because you are annoying customers who show no respect to people who work in shops, the guys in G-force if treated as human beings and not robots, they are among the nicest people you'll meet and will treat you with respect too, some of their deals I admit seem kind of expensive but if they know you and you shop there often they cut you a deal, to all of you's stop whining and go shop in game.
