Cheap.
Friendly staff.
Very efficient.
None so far.
I havent made a claim yet so cant comment on that, but by god Adrian Flux Car Insurance are brilliant and cheap !
Well, I say cheap not exactly but compared to everyone else they were thousands cheaper!
Being a young driver (18) and having just passed my test, I was having great difficulty finding cheap insurance, by no way am I a boy racer but as my car was under 5 year old, my age, and having no previous driving experience (therefore no, no claims discount) the cheapest insurance quotes I was getting everywhere was well in the region of between £2800-£6000 !!
I was just about to give up and decide on another car that the insurance may work out cheaper for, when Adrian Flux Car Insurance came to the rescue! They offered me the insurance for just over £1000 ! (bearing in mind the above points)
I was gobsmacked! I did the quote online so I phoned them up to double check the details and make sure they were not mistaken, the staff were very friendly, confirmed all the details for me, explained all the details very clearly, took my payment and promptly put my documents in the post.
Adrian Flux insurance may not be for all drivers but if you're a young driver who has just passed your test, give Adrian Flux a try!
