Very well made realistic replica of the .357 Magnum.
No safety lock.
I bought my Smith & Wesson 586-8 for £112 from Airshooter.co.uk and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The 1st thing that hits you when you open the box is it's size & weight, It's Big and Heavy. Great!! just like the real thing. Then when you fire it for the 1st time BANG! it's loud Great again!! Big guns should be loud. and it's powerful, I think the official figures are 3.5ft lbs & around 450fps but it seems more powerful than that, after firing around 50 rounds of Webley Harrier pellets (excellent cheap pellets, £3.95 for 500) at targets 10 yds away, To get some idea of it's power I put an out of date tin of Heinz soup 10yds away and fired a pellet at it. WOW it knocked the full can of soup over and upon inspection the pellet had passed clean through. That to me is more than enough power for what is suppose to be a garden plinker. I then switched to Webley Lazerpell pellets (Top class pellets, £6.99 for 500) and with a new co2 capsule installed, fired around 50 rounds at targets at the bottom of my garden approx 20yds away . The gun is accurate, 10 shot spreads easily covered by a 20p piece. Unfortunately I cant test it any further than 20 yds but I guess this gun could make accurate shots double that distance. To summerise if you're after a Replica gun that actually works then this could be what your looking for but there is one big minus and thats the lack of a safety on the gun, In my opinion a gun without a proper safety is dangerous. I would have rated the gun 10/10 but no safety means minus points. 8/10 for me.
