Easy to use. Good screen and colour resolution. Price.
I am not very computer literate, so I find the Dell Inspiron 2200 does all I need. A more powerful processor would have been better, as It can be a bit sluggish, but overall It does well, and is connected via a wireless Internet connection which works well. I did select a better wireless card at time of purchase, which has proved a good move. The DVD drive did stop working, but a call to Dell solved the problem over the phone. As with the other Dell laptops you can add/remove various specs, If you can afford the better components for your requirements then do so.
I did have major problems receiving my order from Dell. I got my free printer and a wireless router a week after ordering, but no laptop! It had gone missing en route. It was two more weeks before I finally received one. I wasn't happy with Dell or their couriers, as I didn't feel they kept me Informed well enough.
