Customer service, they can't communicate properly, there's a communication breakdown, it's hard work explaining stuff to them.
Do not book with Southall Travel, terrible customer service, they say they'll phone you back and never do, they don't respond to e-mails, they never sent my tickets to me until a week before I left - far too late, even when I kept ringing them they said they'll be sent out ASAP - liars. They never notified me that my flight had been cancelled, I found out at the airport.
