I have been with OneAndOne for 4 years. I started with 2 domains, and transferred 3 over from another hosting company which didn't give me value for money. I sold one of my original domains, and they helped me through the whole process via telephone, and lots of emails. They were fantastic! I now have 5 domains, and to be honest I am loathed to go with anyone else, as I have received nothing but a professional service with OneAndOne. Of course things change over time, and I do hope I shall never experience what others have.
Bad Points
The only faults are:
1) Their response back to me after an email enquiry could be better than a couple of days, but I guess if it was that important, I would have rung someone in the first place.
2) The control panel could be a bit faster.
General Comments
As a web hosting company for a newbie, I think OneAndOne are more than adequate. Their rates may not be as competitive as some other hosting companies, but they are well established, whereas a lot of other hosting companies are just people with servers at home. No thanks. German servers or not, they have been good to me. I am not a hot shot when it comes to web jargon, by any means, but with OneAndOne I am able to at least get my sites up and running.
