Computer arrived fairly quickly for shipping to Hawaii. Worked for one week, has not worked since.
Bad Points
Computer worked for one week, and hasn't worked since. Cyberpower is a non-customer support oriented company. They have not replied to requests for an unincluded on-site support number. They have failed to respond to numerous emails.
General Comments
I bought a Cyberpower 6000+ for my son, due to great advertising. The computer was built, and arrived within the 5-10 days as specified. The computer died at end of the first week. Their on-site tech folks, 2Net, seemed willing to help, but although I purchased Cyberpower, they did not include the on-site service number. After four emails and three calls of being switched around, I still have no response from the company. In addition, I have asked if I should just send the computer back, but it appears they are delaying issuing me with a return number. If it goes over 30 days they will not refund your money, and even if refunded they will charge you 15% to restock on a computer that didn't work for even a week. This is an unreliable computer and an unreliable company. I read reviews that indicated they were an OK company, but based on my interaction with them, they have no customer service focus or politeness.
