Reads and writes very many disk types including RAMDISK and dual layer. Very solid build. The tray mechanism feels silky smooth, and is very quiet, even at fast speeds.
Bad Points
In use 1 month, and I cannot fault it.
General Comments
The LG GSA-4163B is my 4th DVD writer, and by far the best. There is not much to say about something seemingly perfect. Highly recommended, and at the price I paid (£25.50 OEM) a fantastic bargain.
