Good Points

Great battery life.
It's not an iPod.
Easy to use.


Bad Points

Not the smallest!
Can be a pain to find and select 1 track.


General Comments

I've owned a Creative Labs Zen Touch 20GB MP3 Player for about 8 months now. I bought it for use at my work place, and to cancel out back ground noise. I work 12 hour shifts, so the battery life is important to me as well. I don't use the supplied headphones (I use neckband items). It more than does the job, and I rate it 10/10 for battery life (normally get 3- 4 days use with out a charge). With my headphones it cancels out most noise! The 20GB hard drive is huge, and will be more than suitable for most people. I mainly use the Zen on random mode. If it is important to you to search and play 1 track, the scroll system on the Zen will annoy you, as it's too sensitive! I would have also liked to see an FM radio built in, but that's really the only gripe, other than maybe it's a little large (but I will put up with this due to the long battery life). One other thing I am happy about, is that other people who I work with, choose the Sony 20GB player with long battery life, but all of them prefer the Zen due to its good volume!
