Good situation.
Bad Points
Food was disgusting. Lounge chairs in reception area were dirty and you didn't want to sit on them. Sun loungers were dirty and there were no cushions on them. Our room had a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and when the people in the room above had a bath or shower the water poured through the hole leaving our bathroom flooded, this happened every evening and the plumber and reception staff offered no help, didn't even offer a change in room pity help the people who arrived when we left. Badly in need of a full overhaul and refurbishment.
General Comments
Despite the problems we had at the Monaco Hotel, we enjoyed ourselves in Benidorm and would definitely go there again, just to a different hotel.
