Very few. The only real good point about the Co-op in my part of SE6, is the fact that it's close to where I live. It is good for those who wish to save the planet, and help the poor and dispossessed at the expense.
Where to start! On several occasions I've been charged for goods which have been reduced, the staff don't seem to have any concept of customer service, many don't know that the Co-op dividend can be paid in cash, and some staff seem to have a poor grasp of English. Also, it is expensive in comparison with market rivals located nearby, and they won't now pay cash-back, forcing one to use the cash machine outside.
The Co-op ought to be a place where I want to shop. However, I will not shop at my local branch of the Co-op until this company appreciates the importance of good customer service.
