Bad service for the Toyota.
I Have Toyota Highlander Sequoia 2001 with leather seats. In first year I had problem with the leather seat. They got ripped on the driver side where the electronic control are in side the car seat on both side it is cutting form the in side. I will say it is a factory defect. Definitely the way the car seat is build. Now it is 60,000 miles and they will not cover the car seats both side. Each side will cost material will be $713.90. I have no idea how much for the labour.
