Creamy. The stick is easy to use.

Bad Points
Not moisturising at all. Highlights fine lines. Tacky colour range. Odd scent.

Why is Hard Candy Icicle Lip Balm called a lip balm? It is not moisturising at all! The colour range looks tacky, and I personally find the scent odd. It has a creamy texture, but it highlights fine lines. To be honest, I don't even know why I bought it in the first place!
