Good Points

Excellent online management.
Instanst decision.
No hard sell of protection plans.
Brilliant Customer Service.
No penalty for early repayment.

General Comments

I took out my Egg loan to pay for some home inprovements and consolidate a few other little debts. Have nothing but praise for Egg. They gave me an instant decision, the money arrived swiftyly once all paper work had been signed and returned and also reduced the interest rate after a called them back the following day when they had reduced their rate by .2% - OK not the greatest reduction, but they didn't have to as I had returned all the paperwork at the original rate!

There was no hard selling of their payment protection plan and the loan can be repaid in full early without penalty. Coupled with excellent customer service, online management they are an excellent choice.
