Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
Almost everything. My family and I have just come back after 2 weeks at the Ocean Club, the bed linen was changed once and I had to ask for toilet roll and towels, the food is absolutely appaling, we didn't have a hot meal all the time we were there, you have to pay 30.00 euros for a shirt to wear in the pool as you are not allowed to wear your own t-shirts! You must have a certain size rubber ring for the pool. The First Choice Reps weren't ineterested.
The brochure is very misleading. The Ocean Club Aparthotel is an absolute disgrace.
