Poor Epson service
My Epson EMP-9100 cost £10,000. The projector, which is now 3 years old, still has great spec. Unfortunately the reality is somewhat different, both in terms of bulb life, and also how the unit has deteriorated in what has really been an easy life of 2000 hours of use. When used, it has been on for periods of around 10 to 14 hours at a time, so not too much in the way of short operations.
Given Epson's poor response to our problems, I would never consider buying anything Epson, least of all something which is in the 5 figure price range!
