This really works your mid section.

It is a bit tight to get in position.
General Comments
I am like 2 tweekies shy of 400 lbs and I have been using Instant Abs for 6 months now every day but Sunday for no less than 20 minutes a day. I am very pleased with the results as I have lost 7 lbs and average 1 pound a month which is great for me considering I have not had to alter my horrible eating habits. I can still eat my cake and loose weight too.

i have been using instant abs for the past 3 weeks and it is great. i have tried lots of other machines to loose weight mainly around my stomach area and it has been hard. The first time i started using instant abs it started working and i could feel the stretch and it is great. Now i use the instant abs 2 times a day and i feel great for about 30mins no less. it is a fun exercise and it can be done while sitting upright. i have lost about 1 stone in 3 weeks as i have been using instant abs 2 times a day for 7 days a week and i feel great at least now i can wear what i want and do not need to cover any flab. I FEEL GREAT.
