Customer Service.
We were disgusted with the service at Miller Brothers! We had to wait until the assistant had finished listening to a track on a stereo before she would serve us, and then we were spoken to in a very insulting manner by a sales assistant, while we were asking for advice. Other sales assistants found the boorish manner clever and laughed, resulting in a humiliating experience. I left without making a purchase.
The doorway outside was later blocked by staff members having a "fag" break, resulting in passers-by having to walk on the roadway to get passed.
