General Comments

OK, so the Motorola E1000 mobile phone has to be the best phone I have ever had!! The sound quality is amazing (especially if you put you fingers over the speaker holes to block out the piercing treble). It has a great camera, and it is so easy to put things on your phone. If you spend £20 and buy a memory card, then you can fit 300 MP3 files onto your phone, which is better than a lot of of MP3 players. The screen quality is great, and the phone is incredibly easy to use. I think the phone is great.
The slight problems with the phone...
The screen scratches really easily, so I have just bought a case, which works beautifully. You can't put iTunes songs onto the phone (well I can't anyway), but you can put Cd's and any downloaded songs onto it.
The video quality is blurred.
You can't fit iPod headphones, which also means you can't fit standard headphones into it, but the headphones that came free with the phone are fine.
The battery lasts a day, if you play a couple of hours of MP3's, around 30 minutes of talking, a few texts, a few photos and videos, basically, a lot of use. You can easily get 3 days out of it when using it normally. I don't mind charging it every night, before I go to bed.
If these points put you off then fine, but remember this is a very good phone. If you want a camera, buy a camera! If you want an MP3 player, buy one of them. But if you want a phone which has an OK camera, and an OK MP3 player, is an excellent phone and has other excellent features. Then buy this phone! You will not regret it!

In response to the itunes problem, if you change the input format on itunes from m4a to mp3, using the tools menu. You can then highlight the song in the itunes window, click advanced and select convert to mp3. I hope this helps you
