Bad Points

The catering is terrible. The English in-flight announcements are incomprehensible. The baggage handling was atrocious.


General Comments

We flew with Iberia Airlines from Heathrow/Madrid/Marrakech and vice versa. On both trips there was not enough food or drink on the cart for all Economy passengers, and the English in-flight announcements were incomprehensible. We couldn't even guess what the topic was, from the usual limited range! On the way out, one suitcase was wrecked. Rather than spoil the holiday, we wrote it off as bad luck. On the way home, one case had been left in Madrid, and Iberia showed no interest at all in returning it. Their London office 'help' line, is staffed by people with little grasp of English, who just seem desperate to put the phone down so they can stop talking in a foreign language.
