Good Points

It reaches up the stairs really well!


Bad Points

Parts keep breaking. It's noisy and heavy. The attachments are hard to fit properly, and then they are difficult to remove. The hose keeps dropping off the wand, as the attachments don't sit in the housing securely enough. Probably more to list!


General Comments

Having desired a Dyson for a number of years, I was initially pleased with my Dyson DC04 De Stijl when I first got it. Then the parts kept breaking (although they were replaced very quickly under the extended warranty), and I just found it so heavy to carry up and down the stairs! Overall I have been disappointed with the quality and performance of this product, which I thought had an excellent reputation. I've now bought a bagless Hoover, that to date is more suitable and more effective! The Dyson.... see Ebay!
