Good Points

Extremely useful and easy to use.


Bad Points

The chill cells broke after 3 months.


General Comments

The Breville WC2 Rapid Wine Chiller is a very disappointing product. I E-mailed Breville twice for assistance, asking where to purchase replacement chill cells - 6 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a response from Customer services.
