The Baumatic BT2460 is the worst domestic appliance I have ever bought.
Granted it looks good and the gas hob is fine, but the electric oven is a disaster. It's is very obviously underpowered because of the length of time it takes to warm up, and in 2 years it has blown it's way through 2 oven elements (hardly a co-incidence)
Baumatic customer services are so bad that they just make you even angrier than you were when the machine broke down (but then they are probably used to people complaining).
Don't touch with a barge pole - this is a company you should avoid like the plague
