Good Points

Excellent from the moment you walk in the door. Service is impeccible, polite telephone staff, and nothing is too much trouble. Just how a car dealership should be.

General Comments

Last year when I wanted to change my car I was a little unsure about what I wanted. Having gone round a few of the second hand dealers, and had test driven a couple of Lexus my husband said why do we go and check out a brand new one at the Lexus Dealership in Stockport.

This is a decision I have not regretted. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I had made the right decision. You are treated with respect, no haggling is needed, and there is no hard sell. All the sales guys were extremely pleasant and polite, and the finance manager was just so helpful. From thinking I would pre-order a new reg, I ended up with the exact Lexus I wanted brand new, and within 6 days. It was all so easy to arrange and organise, and they kept you fully up-to-date all the way.

When the car arrived, I was presented with a cartoon mounted drawing of my car and my name on the picture - it does make you feel that little bit special.

Even months later when vandals tried to get the badge of the back, Lexus gave me free touch-up paint and I bought the badge myself - again it was not overpriced and they got it for me immediately.

First class service, and it is nice to see that good cars can still be sold without the hard sell and the pushing. They even collect my car and return it to my home or work when it needs a service - a service they reminded me about - I did not need to chase them.

Excellent dealership all round - keep up the good work guys.
