Sometimes when you press the buttons, they don't always respond! :(
General Comments
After getting to know my little 3020 i've found a secret menu that let's you test the phone's software and hardware. To do this, all you have to do is (on the standby screen) press up and then *. you will be greeted with a flash of a screen that says: "menu hot-line". after this has dissapeared you can go to one of four menus. One of them let's you test the vibrate function and one of them let's you test the screen and the l.e.d. (which alternates red and green, like a mini disco in the dark.) ***also i am wondering, in the accesories menu, in the car use menu, it says voice recognition hands free kit, does anyone know how to use it, or at least activate it?***

It has helped me a lot CHEERS but i do not agree with the ratings. Sure this phone doesnt cotend with Nokias but wot else do you want for the money. Do you have any other little tips if so e-mail me on stuartharrowing@hotmail.com
