Customer service is fantastic, same day reply to emails and telephone messages.

My sister used Pretty Chairs for her wedding last May and at first I was unsure about chair covers but her reception room looked the best i'd seen. It had the wow factor!
I've since booked pretty chairs and they have been faultless so far in everything i've asked they have done to the highest quality of customer service. An example is that our wedding hotel has strange shaped chairs and so I rang Kate at Pretty Chairs and she put me ease and said that they would visit my hotel and meet me so to make sure their covers fitted. Putting a name to a face was such a relief as I now feel complete reasssured. Their prices are very reasonable and they do not cut corners on the quality and size of the organza sashes. I would recommend Pretty Chairs to any bride to be.
