Bad Points

Huge delays in delivery


General Comments

We ordered a sofa from Marks and Spencer Furniture in April 2005, and were told delivery would be around 9 weeks. Currently have waited 18 weeks and still not delivery (that's almost 5 months of sitting on a flipping lilo in the front room). At every point they tell us its going to be only a few weeks delayed - otherwise we would have cancelled and gone somewhere else.
