Good Points
Brilliant pools, nice food, many many staff (both Reps and Turkish).
Bad Points
Not enough sunbeds, not being able to browse in market as constently hassled.
General Comments
Just returned from two weeks at the Pegasos Palace with my new husband and I must say after all we had read about it before we went I was really pleased with the accomodation.
Rooms are very clean and have maid service every day. Restaurant has very varied food each day - we found we enjoyed lunch more than evening meal!!
Pool area and bars are great - we did have trouble finding sunbeds as people were reserving them with towels early in the morning and then disapearing for most of the day!! This seemed to get better in the second week though.
Shops at the Pegasos are quite expensive - we wish we had been told before we went that they accept Lira, Pounds and Euro in Turkey - in fact if you pay in pounds you can haggle and get a better deal at the Market.
Market was colourful but we felt intimidated by the Turkish market traders (hassle, hassle) and would probably have bought more if we had been comfortable enough to stop more than two seconds to have a look at their stuff!!!
Weather was fab - have both come back with great tans!!
Evening entertainment is not so good for adults - we were aware before we went that it is family orinatated but a bit more for over 18's would be nice!! Went to see the Shows Girls on the Monday - a MUST see!!
All inclusive boat trip was excellent - I would recommend to all. Book early though as the trips were filling up fast. Also went on Marmaris shopping trip - was not so impressed but had an ok day out.
All in all I would love to go back to the Pegasos Palace - maybe next time with little ones in tow!!
