Food terrible, staff fob you off with pathetic excuses and nothing gets fixed for days when reported

General Comments
The complex itself is great. Pegasos Palace Hotel bedrooms,food and entertainment definitely not 4 star more of a 2 star. First Choice reps are not interested with any of your problems and are only interested in selling excursions and signing children up for the extras we parents have to pay for. The beach and sea are not safe for children and very difficult to get out of the sea. Entertainment is mainly provided by the holiday makers with silly games and bingo every night!!
