Only being listening to the CD for 6 days and I've lost 7lbs, feel better & not craving junk.
Only that you need 30 mins a day quiet time to really listen to the CD
Very sceptical when I bought the CD from Ebay but was fed up of starving myself with little to show for it. Really easy to use, extremely relaxing and it seems to be doing the job. Would recommed to anyone, cost around £12 so is cheaper than paying for slimming club for 3 weeks and more effective.
