Good Points

They mention Good Coverage, but do they honour it?

Bad Points

I can't believe how much of a hard time they are giving me for claiming for a DNA blood test. The blood test came back positive with FIPs. Now it's more then three months, and they keep asking for one thing after the other to pay the $200.

First they wanted to know if my cat had its annual vaccination?
>> I provided them with a letter from the vet

Then they wanted a letter stating that the FIP Vaccination is not part of the annual vaccine

>> Got them a letter, again from the Vet

Now they want a letter stating that the Doc never recommended the FIPs vaccine for an Indoor cat!!!!

This is ridiculous!!!

General Comments

I have 5 cats and all of them are insured through PetCare. I pay $120 a month for all of them, and have paid faithfully for more then 4 years now. They need to consider their customer service level, as one request after another is very very annoying.
