Friendly.
Got back to me quickly.
Didn't confuse me (easily done).
Made a great design.
Great price.
I saw a link on another website as I was looking around for someone to design a site for my business (small book shop). I sent them an email and they got back to me within a few hours to arrange a meeting. They showed me what they could do, and how much it would cost, and within two weeks they made me a small webpage about my shop with telephone numbers, a map and some info on.
It's been a handy thing to stick on flyers etc... and can give the address over the phone. The best thing about them though was the price. I was quoted from another design company in the area, and their price came out as twice as much.
The design (not sure if I can give the link because it may be advertising) is really nice. It's perfect for what I needed. Nothing snazzy with animation, but just clean and simple.
