Good Points

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful Panorama Staff apart from facilities provided by Thomson. Wonderful ambiance and caring nature of staff - all.Fabulous entertainment.


Bad Points

Not adequate showers at pool area therefore filters of pool working very hard to compensate... If you have mobility probs. all the marble pavements, and interiors of hotel could be dicey. Not very high quality wines available to diners in dining room and quite pricey (about fourtimes the price compared with local supermarkets); we tried some but stuck to St. Miguel.


General Comments

Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Walks very good either side of coastline. Go for Cala Nova stroll and find 'back to nature' atmoshere or other direction behind shops and bars towards Punta Arabi beach. Leisurely walks... Take your music if you can play the piano, there's one in the lounge to die for, and fishing rod to fish. Something for everyone if you dig deep enough. Very very friendly place where no-one mistrustful of anyone and the British very well liked by all.
