General Comments

Rimmel Endless Length & Lift Mascara takes forever to dry- I was touching up my make up from the numerous times that it smudged.
In 17 years it is the worst mascara I have ever used!
I tried loose powder- every trick I could think of to get it to set/ dry to no avail.

    This iis not the case in my experience, this mascara dried very fast and never had to touch it up all day, no smears, no clumps, like it very much!
