We had good seats. Very good seats. On a 747 go for rows 11, 19, 20, & 24.


General Comments

Just got back fron Cuba. Iberia lost all our luggage on outward journey LHR /Madrid /Havana on outward journey, for a family of five.It took 5 days to get it back. Staff in Havana extemely unhelful. Massive queues. Disdain,rudeness,and plain "couldn't care less" attitude. Bar code system does not work. Lost luggage cannot be traced, or more likely, lazy, incompetent staff just cannot be bothered to use the system. With one or two exeptions, on-flight aircraft staff rude,unhelpful,and downright discourteous. Very poor onboard refreshments. Take your own food on board. Oh, and Iberia also lost our replacement luggage on our return flights as well. You will never even get the word "sorry". They just do not care. You expect an airline to get you to your destination without crashing. Iberia managed this. You may expect your baggage to get there also; Iberia failed twice. All all flights were late departing, with no apology or explanation. A helpful and courteous service is just a bonus, and not necessarily expected - BUT - how come all other airlines offer this as standard? Iberia - in 20 years of flying, you are the most unpleasant,incompetent and unhelpful airline I have have flown with.

DO NOT EVER USE IBERIA if there is a viable alternative.
