Good Points

Super Handling, quick enough to feel quick, albeit you feel a bit more power is needed. And it looks good, even now I would choose its body over modern hatches.


Bad Points

Engine can play up, with irratic idling or idling at high revs, which makes you look like a boy racer when stuck in traffic, even when your not trying to be! The electric mirror adjuster button snapped off in my hand, so I now have to wind the window down and sort it out manually.


General Comments

I have had one for 3 years, and really enjoyed the car. Beware of dodgy Peugeot main dealers... my clutch was a bit sticky at the beginning and they advised me the whole thing needed replacing for over £500. I took it to a local garage, and only the wire needed changing for £30!! Insurance is a bit steep, but if it's a choice between driving a lesser ca,r I would rather pay the difference. Super handling, pretty fast. Personally I like the interior and bucket seats, although a lot of people complain about this, looks great, wide tyres, 6 disc CD with steering wheel control lever. I am going to hang onto mine until I can upgrade to a Porsche Boxter!!
