General Comments

Bermuda was lovely and our room on the Norwegian Crown was OK but we felt let down by the general service in the bar and casino which destroyed the luxury feel you expect with a cruise. There was not that much to do on board. There was a sense that we were cattle on board a truck at times. Would not use them again.
