Appear to be cheap
Do not have their own secure site payment
They use SECPay for payment. The Post a DVD site was slow and charged my card twice. SECpay arranged a refund. I did not check and they only refunded one payment. No free DVD's were received during the free trial but my card was charged twice. I arranged charge backs with my card company. Poor customer service. I would be curious to hear about other peoples' experience .... they may fare better than other online companies .. small can sometimes mean better. After my own experience I wouldn't be interested.
