Good Points

Features offered are complete, but this is common.


Bad Points

Customer support has a knack for making you feel stupid. Therefore, if you're not a complete internet guru, look elsewhere.


General Comments

I have been with them for two years, and am leaving in disgust. Maybe the dedicated hosts are reliable, but the shared plans absolutely suck. More than six outages last year, and that's only the ones lasting more than three hours (one as long as 24 hours), so who knows how many smaller ones there were. Sorry, I hate leaving bad reviews, and only do so if I have to, but HostDime customer support has a singular talent for making you feel stupid, so I don't feel so bad on this one. Good riddance.
