General Comments
Having to fly to Cuba with Iberia Airlines is no joke. Staff are rude and I have been physically pushed to one side by male crew member. Plane looked like it was at death's door, no in flight entertainment twice, smallest leg room, never saw the crew eat the same food and cannot speak English very well. The worst is they always over book and will happily bunk you before the check-in deadline. If you have to fly with them you can buy Valium over the counter in Cuba, but Virgin now fly there too. Dont expect a response from their complaints department either, 4 letters and still nothing, STAY AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE!!!
