Good features, I really like the recording option - for voices or the radio, good headphones and pretty good sound. Everything looks better in colour!!
Bad Points
Annoying software turns everything into a WMA file, slow skip to next song, hard to load music
General Comments
The iRiver H10 comes with software which becomes the default music player on your computer, which is annoying as its not a good player. Not easy to load songs onto the player and if they come from your own cds it shows up as "unknown artist" which you can change by going into the properties of each song - long and irritating process. You have to create playlists in the software then tranfer them over and if you want to skip from the song playing to the next song there will be a gap of about 5-10 seconds, although sometimes it doesn't happen at all and you have to start over by taking the battery out!
Once its all in there its easy, but expect to spend about 1/2 per cd if you want all the titles, genre, artist and album info to show up.

I think that the software used is very good. Personally, I find it easy to use and wouldn't swap it for anything else.
