    A few weeks late

Purchasenike are the worst manufacture to deal with. You order from them. If they do not have those items in stock ,they will send you a totally different item and accept no returns or refunds. This is their policy ,however there is no returns polciy of any kind of their site.They will not send a return shipping label because they say they will lose money . Their advise to me was to try to sell these items and re order from them. They have drop shipping available . This is where a customer can order from me and I order from the manufacture and they will send out the package. The problem is they will send whatever shoe is in stock and accept no returns. The shoes arrive smashed in a UPS bag along with completely crushed boxes that looks like someone stepped on and threw in a recycle bin. The shoes have glue over the leather. Very ,very bad experience!

    Unfortunately you have purchased shoes from a Chinese site selling fakes. Any items you see on the site are cheap Fare East fakes and you should send your purchase to the relevant manufacturer to help to try and stamp out this practice in the UK.
