I transferred my domestic accounts for gas and electricity to Powergen last November. They took two months to get the electricity transfer sorted out. Then today, the following August, I got a bill from my old gas provider, Scottish Gas. I phoned them and was told that they had never been contacted by Powergen, even though Powergen had been sending me bills, which I had paid.
