Good Points

Only 0.9% annual fee.


Bad Points

Extremely poor service. No internet access to view fund balance or manage funds.


General Comments

My experience with Halifax Life Pension would put me off using Halifax for any financial service again.
To do anything requires numerous phone calls, and no-one will ever return your phone calls.
