Jet Li: Unleashed Review

Exciting, raw, violent, good acting, brilliant fight scenes.

Story gets to a point where there is no action for about 30 minutes.

Unleashed is about a loan shark (bob hoskins,) who has raised danny (jet li) since he was a boy, and has trained him like a fighting dog. He locks him in a cage and keeps a collar on him, so when the clients haven't paid there debts, he takes it off and danny fights them - usually involving spectacular fight scenes. On one mission, danny meets a blind piano tuner (morgan freeman) who he befriends, and then when a mission goes wrong danny goes back to the blind man, and lives with him in order to start his new life.
Overall the film is brilliant. The violence is well choreographed. Jet Li's acting is brilliant, and bob hoskins is horrible. The film is more of a drama than a martial arts film.
