General Comments
This is a 5 star hotel on the coast of the Sea of Marmara, about 15-20mins drive from the centre of Istanbul, and about 5-10mins drive from the Attaturk Airport. We stayed there for 9 nights in August 2005, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were regular free hotel shuttles to the heart of Old Istanbul, right outside the famous sites, so allied with its quiet, out of town location, we got the best of both worlds! It was good to escape the amazing, if sometimes overwhelming bustle of history and life in Istanbul to the pools and health clubs of the hotel. Although there were restaurants and a mall in the hotel, they were a bit pricey!
