Good Points

Lovely weather, reception area was clean and tidy, with helpful reception staff.

Bad Points

Queuing system for food and drinks, dirty floors in apartment, dirty pool, ceiling fans which are hanging off the ceiling.

General Comments

We arrived on 26th July at midnight, check in was fairly straight forward, although we spent ages trying to find our room (we were in a 1 bed apt, and the doors are tucked through a gangway, and trying to find this at night was not very easy), eventually one of the management came to our aid!
Got into our room. It appeared fine. We unpacked a few bits and settled into bed. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very noisy & VERY wobbly - didn't know whether to use it or not, as we thought it was going to fall off in the middle of the night, causing us some severe harm - far to hot to go without - so risked it - it stayed up for the 2 weeks.
Although the apartment appeared clean, I don't think that the floors have been mopped for months, you would have a shower, walk across the floor and your feet would be caked in dirt again.
The food in the restaurant was excellent, with plenty of choice for all different tastes.
The queuing system for drinks at the bars was a disaster - you had to queue to pay for your drinks, then queue again to collect them!! Not ideal, and there was no way you could get drunk.
The snack bar also needs some improvement, I waited 45 minutes for a toasted ham & cheese sandwich.
The evening entertainment was very good. You start off with your 4 games of bingo, which all age groups seemed to enjoy, then they would have some singers, karaoke and a comedian, all on separate days of course.
I think the biggest problem with this complex is that it is severely understaffed, as the staff morale appeared to be very low.
All in all, although there are a few bad points, we did enjoy the holiday, and met some lovely people. I don't think that we will go back to this complex but would definately go back to Malta sometime in the future.
