Good Points
Ease of use.

Bad Points
Does not make a full cup. Not hot enough to add milk.

General Comments
Been looking forward to getting this machine, but very disappointed with it. To get a full cup, you need to add two pods, and use the 2 cup mode. Coffee is not very strong. If you want to add milk, you need to microwave the milk, or your coffee will be too cold. Wondered why so many graded machines were available - everyone must be returning them - as I will be!
