Good Points

Made from 100% rice!!
Taste light and toasty!
No Colours!!!
No Sugars!!!


Bad Points

You tend to get through a packet quick!


General Comments

The same people who answer 'supermarket' when asked where milk comes from are the same people who in the last years were shocked to hear that Rice Krispies are made from rice, as if they somehow thought Kelloggs went through the big scam of making people think they were in the first place...

Anyway, some people complain these cereals are tasteless, and buy more colourful.. chocolatey or sugary cereals!

Crazy!

They have a GREAT light toasty flavour that is really moresome, and the light popping is great.

Eat them while krispy... I mean CRISPY!! (infectious spelling!) As there is nothing in the known universe that is more of an appetite supressant than a bowl of soggy RK's.

When I was a kid, I used to heap 4 tablespoons of sugar onto mine... today I eat without sugar (and still have a great smile to show for it!)

It is great both ways. Buy some today!

If you have to please the kids, buy Ricicles! Kap'n'Ric! Basically frosted RK's, quite nice in their own right.

They feel like less value for money than other cereals because they are so light.

    A nice and accurate summary of one of the GREAT cereals. The simple, or basic, taste goes incredibly well with cold fresh milk.

    Nice point about soggy krispies.

    I sometimes find that overindulgence in leads to upper mouth laceration from the abrasion of crispy toasted rice. Not comfortable but never off-putting!
