Good Points

Clean, very helpful staff.


Bad Points

Nnothing bad that I can remember...except the music by the pool.


General Comments

The rooms were very clean when we arrived and a maid came and tidied up, changed bed sheets and towels about three or four times in seven days. We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment and there was the one bedroom and a sofabed in the lounge which I slept on throughout our holiday. My mum and dad slept in the bedroom.
The pool was always very clean and the staff are very helpful and dedicated to their jobs.
We never went to much of the nightly entertainment but from what we saw was very good. There is 'crazy bingo' nightly and a selection of many other things.
We never ate in the actual hotel as we mainly went out for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
The location is very good. It's just outside the centre where all the resturaunts are. It's also near a long strip of shops where you can buy gifts and things like that. The hotel has a shop where you can buy nearly everything like bread, milk, water, etc.
The reps there were brilliant and welcomed you to the resort with a very good welcome meeting.
Overall Ferrera Blanca is an excellent resort and I have said to friends how good it was and will maybe be returning next year with another family.
